Duncan McKenzie
Co-Founder & Owner
- Duncan’s design career started the moment he could grip a crayon without eating it!
- A graduate of Otis/Parsons and recipient of the prestigious Silver Thimble Award,
Duncan has spent more than three decades designing premium apparel for some of the world's most recognized brands, including an extensive tenure at Ralph Lauren, where he served as Senior Design Director of Sweaters. - His experience spans knitwear, textiles, tailoring, sportswear, patternmaking,
merchandising, ready-to-wear, and brand management, but titles have never been
the interesting part. - What drives him is solving problems through design. Finding the right fabric, perfecting a silhouette and making something feel effortless when an enormous amount of work went into making it that way.
- His philosophy is simple:If someone reaches for the same piece every week without thinking about it, you've done your job.
